   In the middle of listening now. Thanks to Andrew for reminding me that this was, in part, punishment for punting on Stalker. But it was also thanking Andrew for alerting me to this film’s existence a long long time ago, even though he hadn’t yet seen it. So it’s a way of saying thanks.

   The Lunar Trilogy (which is now sold as one long book) is much much MUCH easier to follow than this movie, despite having the exact same plot. I wonder if Daniel would like it more? I had assigned it for a Book Club I run that Andrew belongs to, and I’m still a bit low-key pissed that only me and one other person (not Andrew) made it through volume one.

   The people on Earth is Book Three (which takes place entirely on Earth) inserting itself into Book Two. I desperately need to rewatch the film now that I’ve read the books.
